I also have 4 issues each of the Dark Horse english translations Martin Mystery and Nathan Never, neither's a full run.

Don't let the following put you off:
* Dylan Dog is a horror comic about a supernatural investigator. His sidekick is Groucho Marx. Or rather, "a Groucho Marx impersonator whose character became his permanent personality". Brandon Routh is playing Dylan Dog in the upcoming movie "Dead of Night"
* Martin Mystere is an Indiana Jones-ish playboy investigator. His sidekick is a neanderthal man from a lost civilisation. Oh, and he has a magic ray-gun that makes people faint. It's from the lost continent. His nemesis has the rather more useful death ray.
* Nathan Never "has a dramatic background (unknown at first) and has to work to sustain hospital fees for his daughter, affected by autism". It's sci-fi adventures.

Anybody want some? You can have the lot, you can have a couple, whatever you fancy.

I'm currently trying to chase down a copy of the Avengers Assemble volume 2 hardcover. So far, I've tried the usual outlets (and a few unusual ones), and they're all either out of stock (don't know whether this will ever be reprinted), or asking "WHAT?! ON YER BIKE!" prices.

So I throw myself on the mercy of the good OKComicsians... can you help me? I do have comics I would be happy to trade for it (a list can be forthcoming for anyone who's interested), or trading for coin of the realm would also be acceptable.

In fact, I'm also selling some of my comics, so if you want a list, let me know, and I'll get it a bit more organised. They're arranged in runs and story arcs, so if you want to sample a full story or run by a writer or artist, this could be worth your while.

T

SAY IT!

BITE CLUB TPB (Digest Size) by Howard Chaykin (w), David Tischman (w) and David Hahn (a). Vampire gangsters and sweary cynicism, with gore and rudeyness too. Luckily Kids don't read comics so no warnings are needed, eh?

CAPTAIN MARVEL: FIRST CONTACT By Peter David & Chriscross. The contents have come completley away from the cover but all the pages are still bound together. A dab o glue and you'll be sorted. For the Brand Loyalists: This is a Marvel book.

SAGA OF THE SWAMP THING by Moore, Bissette & Totleben. Reprints "The Anatomy Lesson" thru "By Demon's Driven". The comics that changed EVERYTHING. This is the 1987 first edition so it doesn't match the current trade dress and is a tad yellow but still nice.

BLACKHAWK books 1 thru 3 By Howard CHAYKIN! All three issues of CHAYKIN!'s uncollected masterpiece. Truly mature storytelling.

MARVEL MASTERWORKS: SPIDER-MAN Vol. 1. The UK version by Pedigree. It's Lee & Ditko giving it all Spidey. 'Nuff Said! Hardback. For the Brand Loyalists: This is a Marvel book.

Comics:
These are from this year and last year, mostly random review copies, some doubles. Hey! Some of these might be Collector's Items! You could trade them in for a new house or something!
