do you mean in content or appearance? if they are readable and arent missing pages i'm not too worried about a bit of dog earing (not a dogs earring, i dont even think they make them....)
appearnece wise probably, havnt read them yet, im just stickler for mint conditioness, as HMV know very well. Oddly I dont feel much the same with books. But i'm a collector at heart.
New issues recently added, almost finished now, not a patch on midnighters 400+ though...
Do you use Turbo Lister? Makes it so quick and easy to put stuff on that I didn't even realise how many I listed. I've got about 1000 comics to sell altogether but realised putting them all on in one go would just put people off reading through the list.
Turbo Lister is a free program from eBay, you create a template with all your postage, payment details etc and then fill in the details of the item, duplicate it and change the item details and so on, then when you have done a load you press upload and it puts them onto eBay for you. In total it only took me a couple of hours to upload everything I currently have on eBay.
Its not as confusing as it sounds Smiggy. As Midnighter says, turbo lister creates a template for you. So instead of having to put in all your postage instructions for every single item, you save that to the template and just put in title, picture, price and description information for each item. If you're selling a load of stuff, especially comics, I would recommend it. Using Advanced Listings is too time consuming and, to be frank, you'll be wasting a lot of time adding in details that most buyers wont be overly concerned with. turbo Lister is easy to use, has a bunch of useful help topics and tools if you get stuck and can be used off line too (er, although you'll have to connect to the internet to upload your listings).
It's certainly worth getting for the future, and it's free so nothing to loose. It has all the advance listings stuff in it too. I wouldn't list on eBay without it now.
...just at the wrong prices, wonderfull, stupid confusing postage rules. Will change them for a short auction in a couple of days. Not the stupidest thing though, I once put £50 bids down on 6 items in a row without realising because the box saves what ya've typed so I was just presing 5 n not realising id forgotten the decimal point. Ended up getting banded for wivdrawing so many bids. Had to set up a new account, but won them for 20p each anyways. Then I did it again last year, luckily people stopped bidding after £3.
