General Comics Chat: Is Deadpool becoming over exposed?

    I have read nearly all Deadpools comics since day one, but just lately with a sudden surge in popularity I'm struggling to keep up with numerous self titles & guest appearances plus guest covers.

    Do you feel (like me) that the writing has suffered? Is marvel milking it for all it's worth with a Deadpool movie in the pipeline? Can it last? Should it last? Do you even care?

    He's been over exposed for some time now. Marvel should have just concentrated on one decent ongoing series rather than all the dross they are throwing out there. The original ongoing series is still by far the funniest and best, but even the Cable & Deadpool series was good stuff, everything since has just been "good" or worse.

    I used to care, now I just don't buy anything other than the main ongoing series.

    I prefer Merc With A Mouth to the main ongoing. Team Up (Cap Britain aside) has been woeful.
