    Hi,

    my name's Chris and some of you may have seen me skulking around Leeds at various points shouting obscenities and asking for small change 'so I can get the bus'. Luckily with my bus change scam I managed to get together enough money to get this here website- www.handdrawnawesome.com, which is a soon-to-be-launched webzine dedicated to indie, creator owned, web and small press comics. The site will be launching at the end of october and will feature interviews, reviews, articles and a regular artist showcase, with an aim to also host a dedicated webcomic exclusive to the site early next year. Seeing as I'm a Leeds resident I'd also like to help out by listing any events that may be going on at OK Comics; Creator signings; drink and doodle nights, and so forth.

    For any creators out there, I'm asking for submissions for review. We'd like to start with a bang and have a wealth of reviews up there. Nothing like some juicy content to sink your teeth into.
