    LC ~ In going through some old boxes I've found an old copy of Comics Interview with a lengthy John Byrne interview in it. Are you interested/do you want it? If so I'll drop it off with OKMan on Saturday.

    Sorry for the late response, a truly foul case of food poisoning laid me low. So, no signing and no Forum. Teach me to cook, that will. In fact I may have to leave urgently at any moment so to the point:

    Do you still rate him?

    (I'll just say now that I do not necessarily agree with Mr. Byrne's more outre comments and I am certainly not one of those people who treat him as a God on his forum. I just think he can draw real good. Old school, but good. And OKay, his comments do make me laugh.)

    Not as much as I used to. Blood was good, but the art style is still the same as during his more popular stints in the 80's. He seems to be nothing more than a dependable artist these days. And more to the point none of his work seems to have any longevity.
