I remember when OK was in the tiny shop down the smelly arcade at the bottom of Briggate. When the shop moved to its lovely current premises, I
    1) Started buying comics again
    2) Transferred all my custom away from all the other Leeds-based shops.

All that is quite irrelevant though, because my actual point is this:
Can the person who found the OK Comics forums by searching Google for "rip open the blouse" please put their hand up and apologise?

    Other search terms:
    obessed students and healthy living
    WHIPPING SUPERHEROINES
"detaining minors" + "years old" + "geneva convention"
cartoon from the 90's about skeletons

If you have any idea why people are searching for these, then please post them!
  1.
Whipping Superheroines? I must have missed that one!!!

Hmm "detaining minors", wasn't that Elliot at the pub last Friday? "Years old", again Elliot since he isn't quite yet "decades old". And "geneva convention"? Erm ... he's probably try to see whether according to the Genva convention he is entitled to some kind of comics benefit or subsidy because of his age.

    Oh god i don't know ...

I did just Google "rip open the blouse" to see how highly OK Comics ranked and was almost very disappointed ;) Can you believe it actually returned our Walkin's very own post about the She Hulk doing JM on the second page of results. So, I know who my money's on searching for that ...

Whilst I'm at it, I wrote a small piece about this very thing (scarily enough yesterday) i'm curious to know what people think of my writings, style etc ... be as critical as you like - although understand my website is still young i.e. I don't update it nearly enough, and it will be purely for meanderings :)

They should make all kids in every school in britain read comics, even if it's just the beano or the simpsons comic or summat.

I used to write reviews on the comics I'd read and post them up on my livespace. On reviewing one of the 52 issues where Steel saves people from a burning building, I commented on Steel's lack of clothes and his shamelessness and posted it when like 10-30 minutes later someone visited my site looking for nudes and found my article.

I can only presume that it's some one paid to find naughty sites.

Cool, maybe everytime i write about something i should mention "nude" or at least "naked" ... fab idea!!

Wow I wish I could write reviews like that. Even If i wasnt a customer at OK, that little piece would pull me in.

I agree though. I found OK through a work colleague in 2005 but didnt start shopping there until New Year 2006. Its made an impact on my life too. I just wish I could get in more often!

    *anyway...back to work*

I write reviews for dvds and comics but since I started this job, I spend all day on comps and when I get home I am too knackeerd to sit down and just write a quality a review.

    I will do it though.

A few of the original six have drifted off elsewhere, most of them were mail order anyway. But a few are still with us.

Just being aware of the staff's matching Marvel underwear and vests gives the place an extra dimension.

I seem to remember someone mentioning another store in town a few years ago. I was walking though the arcade where the store used to be and spotted the "We Have Moved Sign" It took me another few weeks to actually find the place though. Geography much like maths is my weakness.
