Having Louise Brooks as the love interest is my favourite aspect. She is an inspired choice and features in the story quite a lot.
We took a lot of trouble in finding the body double - eventually we found a dancer with exactly the same measurements an Miss Brooks. The effect is very spooky - as a graphic she looks completely natural and alive on the finished pages.
The artwork is fabulous. I am really lucky to be working with Alan Tanner as artist - he is a real veteran. Working with the original Time Out team, the infamous Oz magazine and various album covers. (and much more beside).
I think it will appeal - the story-line has a very quirky way of moving off to places you don't expect. I only scratched the surface in the synopsis.
At the moment I am up to my elbows in lettering, colouring and script editing - and you know what? I am loving every minute of it.
There are only two of us working on it - we are perhaps quite insane to have attempted this - but it seems to be coming together right on schedule.

"Thomas Cochrane Associates can be added to that small number of quality book publishers based in the UK. The art is very pop arty and it grows on you. Time-hopping Nazi, shoot-outs, explosions, intrigue, Hitler and, oh, yes, cosmic cheese. Can you fail? " Terry Hooper www.comicbitsonline.com
