I know it's close to Chrimbo and all that but there's a downloadable piece of music available for a donation from this Sunday in aid of the charity featured in the link below
The music is by a local musician, Bill Nelson who had a degree of chart success during the 70s with his band BeBop Deluxe. The hope is that if there are enough downloads before Sunday 2nd December that they can get it into the charts and therefore generate more awareness of the charity.
The press release states: "Six Strings for Sara is a spine tingling guitar instrumental composed, performed and recorded by the legendary Bill Nelson. This 7 minute 45 second piece is a wonderful and fitting tribute to Sara who touched the lives of so many people. This track will only be available to download from sarashopefoundation website (for a small donation). All proceeds from Six Strings for Sara will be donated to the Saras Hope Foundation. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to Bill Nelson for making our dreams come true. - Ged Hoburn".
