Fancy working for Disney? Writer and editor of the Walt Disney Studios comics and Graphic Novels imprint KINGDOM COMICS Christian Beranek, will be appearing at The Birmingham International Comics Show as our special guest. He will be taking part in events and also conducting portfolio reviews. So if you’d fancy pitching an idea or showing him your art, make sure you come along to Millennium Point on 4th and 5TH October. Other publishers conducting portfolio reviews include DC Comics and Titan. This year there will be portfolio reviews happening all day both days with times being published shortly on the website.
Background information: Christian Beranek formed his own publishing company, Silent Devil, in 1996, producing the popular Dracula vs King Arthur and also Super Frat. He's just finished a movie screenplay for Dracula vs King Arthur. Disney Publishing Worldwide publishes over 400 children's magazines and sells 20 million children's books each year.
