Has anyone ever had any of their books CGC graded, i`m thinking about it with a few but it looks really expensive especially with shipping aswell, some place over here used to do it for you but they needed to do 10 at a time, and i cant remeber who it was now, Is there any cheaper versions that are respected, some of the cheap prices cgc comics go for on ebay people must lose money just getting them valued. Whats the minimum you think a comic would have to be worth to bother? im thinking maybe 150-200 minimum.

Before you get anything graded and slabbed you need to be sure that the potential increase in the value is higher than the cost of the grading/slabbing/shipping/insurance.
With older stuff, 30's and 40's through to the middle 1970's, it often is. Recent stuff. I wouldn't bother.

We've discussed slabbing elsewhere. Like JM states it's not really worth it unless it's of a collectible age.

well i`ve got a nice avengers one that definately is, but it would work out to expensive to send just one, i got FF55 sub mariner 1, and avengers 57 i`m thinking bout, but the increase might just cover cost they are all in great condition especially the FF and sub mariner. I`ll have to look into it again.
