Bit of a mix of stuff, some crap I'm unloading and some great stuff I'm selling cos I have it in collections, I'll let you decide which is which ;-)
Kind of stuff to expect:
Battlestar Galactica Transformers GI Joe Heroes Reborn - The lot! Wolverine Danger Girl/Battlechasers - Remember these? They were "hot" once, now I can't give them away! Strangehaven - One of the best comics ever The Marquis - See above! Amazing series.
And I'll be uploading even more stuff in the next few days, mix of Marvel and indie stuff mainly.
Midnighter if i put my stuff on e-bay for Auction and say I start them all off at a quid each(thats what the Harry Potter mini series sold for...a quidditch)and one sells for twenty quid(I have Atari Force issue 1..BWAHAHAHAHA,i'd better put another nought on the end BWAHAHAHAHA)how much do i pay e-bay and is it true that it can take up to a week to go into your bank from paypal?
i've been doing fleabay a while now, and i think its free to list auctions starting at 99p (others cost more - and in proportion depending on the start price) with pictures being free for one, and additional pictures costing 12p, although you can buy a 'pack' if you're putting up loads of pics on a single item for about £1.20. Ebay's final value fee (i.e. what they take once the item is sold) used to depend on varying price brackets, with a greater percentage taken the more an item sold for. I think its now around a blanket 5% on all listings (except vehicles - real ones, not toys). Then there's your Paypal fees on top of that, which I can't remember...i think its about 3% or something per transaction. And yes, transferring funds to your bank account normally takes 3 - 5 working days. However, be warned that Paypal now withhold your funds for up to 21 days to allow them to collect their fees and ebay's fees (done monthly, around the 15th - 19th) before you can transfer the balance out to your bank account. This is all off the top of my head, so isn't definitive.
This is why all my comics are at 99p or less, costs nothing to list. If they don't sell then I loose nothing and I can just bang them straight back up again for free.
next couple of days i will be putting single issues of these titles on e-bay.

thanks, try 40 too please, or 50 lol, havn't checked which Ms. Marvel & Punisher issues ill be needing yet... im just thankfull its only 3 weeks till my birthday, same thing happened last febuary when I bourght almost every Civil War book...
Here ya go (this is just a rough guess, I weighed 30, 40 and 50 comics, but if you are buying that amount from me I'll probably round the postage down or something):
30 - £6 40 - £8 50 - £8 also as it falls under the same weight bracket as 40.
i'm just glad they dropped the whole postage must be free things, its ridiculous selling comics otherwise, but now ive got to list like 50+ issues adding pictures n synopsis (just cause I like to), n grading them if I can be bothered...
Yeah, the free postage thing was stupid, especially for people like us just selling comics from home, we aren't a big business. Selling a comic for 50p/99p was impossible with the free postage rule, which is why I stopped using eBay until they changed it back.
I started putting it down in my listing that I was charging for postage, but that didn't work out well until I learnt how to change it to courier cause it was stil down as free and people wern't waiting for the invoice. But they were still kind enougth to pay again for postage, just meant that I was losing another 20p on paypal fees...
